Round Two: The Civilian Round.
Here is Merry Risus doing what she does best when she is at school...she sleeps...well can you blame her? Her uniform is BLAH...it depresses her...so she sleeps in class, on the roof during lunch, in trees at break, and in the library at study hall.
Yes she is bald, she has a rare genetic disorder that caused all her hair to fall out.
-Who is in your family?
My family is pretty big, I live with my Mom and Dad. I have two older siblings a big bro and a little bigger bro, and I have one younger bro. My Oma(Grandma) and Opa(Grandfather) live with us too; it gets kinda cramped at times, but family is the best! My family is circus people, and we love to entertain and fly. My Mom, Dad, and Brothers are AMAZING on the trapeze, Oma and Opa used to fly on the trapeze as well until the authorities told us to make them stop...what BORES! I decided to do my own thing and fly on the silks; I swing on the trapeze as well when they need me. We travel with the show when school is out; Dad wanted a more stable environment for the fam. and Ma did not want to just work and be a normal wife, so they met in the middle...I LOVE my FAMILY!
-Since you aren't a Soldier all the time, what do you like to do?
I like to fly! No serious have you tried it?! It's like being reborn to the clouds you know. When I am on the trapeze or on the silks there is nothing but the wind and the movement. School UGH, so boring, but when I am in the air doing my thing, I am truly alive!
-What is your occupation?
During the school year I am just another student, but in the summer I am the part of a traveling show. We are the aerialists and there is also contortionists, stunt bikers, and horse persons, and oh yea even a singing ring master. From early summer to early fall we travel by buses, planes, and trains.
I also volunteer down at the gym, so they let me use their equipment after hours, I help train and limber up the gymnasts. It's non-paying but it keeps me off the streets.
-Thinking about the future, where do you see yourself in ten years?
Ugh do I have too, thinking makes my head hurt. This whole seeing yourself in 10 years it means nothing! Fine....ugh fine...I'll do it...ummmmm I guess in ten years...I'll be older...and I dunno...still bald...and maybe I'll have a even better act than I have now...YEA something AWESOME with FIRE and I dunno rabid piranhas...YEAH!!
-Why did you enter MTS?
It was a bet, my little older bro called me chicken and bet me I wouldn't do it. I told him 'OH YEA?!" and next thing I know I was filling out the form and pictures were taken. There are other things too I think....bro has the list but he only lets me in on the rounds one by one. As long as there is no dresses...yuck dresses!!!
-On a typical day, what do you do?
I practice my routines outside in the sun swinging on my silks or performing my acrobatics. During the week there is school, teachers yell at me, the principle rubs his eyes a lot when I am sent to his office. My sensei tries to talk to me but after like five seconds I am staring outside and her voice is more like high pitched chirps and squawks.
On the weekends and after school, and AFTER detention, I hang out sometimes kids come to the gym and we let them tumble around on the mats and stuff.

Do you have a scanner? This looks a little dark.
Your concept reminds me a lot of Robin from Batman, because his family was part of the circus and his fighting style relied heavily on his acrobatic abilities. It's neat to see a similar idea translate to a sailor senshi. I think you'd benefit on doing a couple action shots with this character in the future.
If you could find out a specific medical condition that causes hair loss, or to be born with no hair I think that will make your character seem more realistic. Also, since she is bald, I bet she has a lot of fun wearing different wigs and hairstyles in all sorts of crazy colors. Maybe her condition is not a source of pain but something she manages to find a silver lining. That would be a neat topic to build a story around. It must not be easy sometimes living with that sort of condition. I know I'd be terrified if my hair fell out suddenly and I was diagnosed with some sort of a disease... and since she's so young I'm sure it would be tough to make new friends at first.
