CE Round Two Annabelle Cerulean Formal

Here is my character Sailor Cobalt Primrose AKA Annabelle Cerulean...I especially created her for contest ---> [link]

This is the Second Round ---> The Formal Attire Phase.

Background Story:

Annabelle comes from the states; she came to Juuban High School as an exchange student. She first discovered her role as a senshi shortly after being run over by a group of preschoolers. It had not been her morning; a power outage during the night made her late for school. In her rush she had forgotten her bento, and she had no time to groom herself that morning. She was made to stand in the hall since her appearance was atrocious; apparently kid sized foot prints all over a students body was frowned upon in the local schools.
Thankfully her next period was a free period, and she spend the time in the hot house tending to her tea roses she had grown for the gardening club. As she tended to the cobalt roses that she had created and grown suddenly everything went dark. When the light flared up again one of the buds had opened revealing a small blue bud shaped jewel. When Annabelle touched it lightly; it started to glow and it bloomed into a bejeweled cobalt rose. It was gorgeous, but Annabelle had little time to really look at it when all the plants in the hot house started to wilt, die, and decay. Something was stealing the life of the greenery in the city; maybe it was the brooch she held, or her own love for plants. It was not a hard trail to find; it was a rolling path of dead and dying plants. When she arrived at the heart of darkness other senshi were all there; unable to stand it any longer, her will to help the green earth made her find the words of her Henshin Yo! She transformed and ran into the fight head on; using her smarts and agility it did not take them long to defeat the monster and restore the life to all the plants.
Now she is a senshi, Sailor Cobalt Primrose and she fights for the greenery of the Earth.
