Frilly Fuku

HAd an unexpected day off so I watched a TON of Top Gear on BBCA and drew. This is one of the things I came up with; a REALLY frilly fuku...it reminds me of Sailor Moon(duh of course!), and Pretty Cure. Basically it is cute and full of ruffly lace; I refused to pink it up since pink is not my favorite color..
I feel that this would be whatever Sailor Teams leader senshi courts combined powers. Her rod like weapon reflects that uniting of powers, and love.
