She is an evil asteroid senshi that appears to go against Sailor Pink Moon's army. Her enemies are:

and Sailor Pallas

Her powers stem from the powers of polluted air and imbalance. Her hair is all braided with little bells sewn into the plaits.

Those are tattoos on her legs and arm...she also has on on her neck.
She is named after the Asteroid: 9 Metis
